It is Marika’s intuitive intelligence, awareness, strength, and stillness that guarantees an authentic and inspirational retreat experience.

FACILITATOR:

Marika Cominos
Marika's professional background began at the young age of 13 as a performer and teacher in the Flying Fruit Fly Circus and Circus Oz. She has over 20 years teaching experience working with the body as a Yoga/Meditation Teacher, Personal Trainer, Acrobatic Teacher, and Acrobatic Performer.

As an Esoteric Healing, and yoga practitioner Marika understands the mind/body/soul connection and works with the clarity of energy to offer a holistic approach to wellness, assisting clients towards positive change. She is interested in self empowerment and human potential. Her passion is supporting people to make the life changes they desire.
